Clark & Com Truise Announce Exclusive Tour 12" | Co-Headlining NA Tour Starts Next Month

Next month, Warp’s Clark and Ghostly’s Com Truise will embark on an epic 40+ date North American tour, new live sets and new music make these not-to-miss shows. On this co-headlining run, the two will be selling a tour exclusive 12” featuring two previously unreleased tracks; Clark’s “Bobbie Caris” and Com Truise’s “Idle Withdrawn.” This limited edition vinyl will only be available for fans to purchase at the shows.

Animal Collective Announce New EP, Summer Tour Dates, 'Meeting of The Waters' out Record Store Day

Animal Collective announce Meeting Of The Waters, a new release available as a limited edition 12” on April 22, 2017 (Record Store Day 2017). Recorded live in the Amazon rainforest outside Manaus, Brazil in early 2016, it features performances by Animal Collective’s Avey Tare and Geologist. Excerpts of the music will be featured in an episode of the forthcoming Viceland series “Earth Works” set to air on June 2, 2017.

The EP is made up of original tracks and field recordings and runs over 30 minutes in length. A portion of proceeds from this release will go to benefit Idesam (Instituto de Conservação e Desenvolvimento Sustentável do Amazonas), a non-profit NGO that works towards the conservation and sustainable development of the Amazon region.

Meeting Of The Waters follows on from the recent release of The Painters EP, a new companion 4-track release to the band’s 2016 album Painting With. The EP is out now on CD and digitally, and available as a 12” on May 5, 2017.

Rey Pila Share Julian Casablancas-produced Song "How Do You Know"

Mexico City's Rey Pila have premiered a new track and performance based lyric for "How Do You Know," the second to be taken from their new Julian Casablancas-produced EP Wall Of Goth. The video was co-directed by Jorge Valdes and Mario Camhi of The Maestros in Mexico City's Polyforum Siqueiros Theater. HOOPS Premiere New Song via Stereogum, Debut LP out 5/5 on Fat Possum

Bloomington, Indiana's Hoops will release their full-length debut album Routines on May 5th via Fat Possum, and today they share the album's next single. Hoops - which consists of three songwriters - has previously shared the Drew Auscherman-penned "Rules," Kevin Krauter's "On Top" and now a track written by Keagan Beresford entitled "On Letting Go" that showcases a new slow-burning yet still blissed-out and synth-laden side to the band's sound. Listen to the song now via Stereogum.
